The role involves performing secretarial functions, coordinating meetings, and assisting the sales team with various tasks. Job description
  • Perform secretarial functions and ensure that there is no delay in completion of the tasks
  • Interact and attend to internal and external customers to fix appointments, meetings and prioritize the meetings
  • Interact and co-ordinate with SABIC executives from other locations, Board members coordinating their business travel for hotel bookings, visas and travel arrangements
  • Assist the GM, Chemicals Sales and the sales team in planning, organizing and executing activities
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for the Sales Team and other meetings
  • Attend meetings to note down the proceedings of the meetings, and assist with the note down of the follow-up actions and progress tracking
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
  • Follow up and liasion with stakeholders across the globe to expedite the progress and support change management and communications

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of working experience in administrative functions
  • Diploma or degree in relevant field
