About the job telecommunications technician

We arelooking for telecommunications technician ' Saudi National' to perform all dutiespertaining to the installation and general upkeep of customers’telecommunications systems. The telecommunications technician'sresponsibilities include maintaining an accurate record of all work orderscompleted per day, answering customers' questions, and planning forinstallations by reviewing customers' orders and ensuring that all necessarysupplies and tools are on hand.

Responsibilities:

• Upgradingand maintaining companies' current telecommunications systems.
• Evaluatingcustomers' needs and installing telecommunications systems that best meetthose needs.
• Runningroutine tests on telecommunications systems to ensure that all componentsare functioning at optimal levels.
• Performingdiagnostic testing on problematic telecommunications systems to identifyand resolve various technical faults.
• Performingtemporary fixes until extensive repair work can be done later.
• Checkingall wiring work done to ensure that there are no exposed cables.
• Orderingreplacement components for telecommunications equipment and devices fromsuitable vendors.
• Investigatingand resolving customers' complaints in a timely manner.
