Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across hotel facilities to ensure safe and smooth operations. You will support the Engineering team in maintaining high safety and guest comfort standards.

Responsibilities include routine tasks, diagnosing issues, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with other departments. The role requires a technical diploma, basic English, and willingness to work shifts including

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in general maintenance or hotel engineering is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical manuals and drawings.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written at a basic level).
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures.
