Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and React to lead technical teams, design scalable system architectures, and ensure high-quality technical delivery aligned with organizational standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the technical team’s day-to-day activities.
• Design, review, and approve system architecture and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability.
• Support Agile processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify technical risks and proactively address challenges.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technical outputs in compliance with established standards.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker.
• 10+ years of experience in technical roles, including managing technical projects and leading development teams.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java Spring Boot and React, along with modern software development practices.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams, mentor engineers, and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Certified in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Strong experience in system architecture design, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Excellent skills in analyzing business and technical requirements and proposing appropriate technical solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to ensure that all technical deliverables meet organizational, regulatory, and authority compliance standards.
