Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance in the department.
• Monitor installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work.
• Supervise teams of technicians and perform inspections on work orders.
• Configure and manage VOIP telephone systems.
• Direct and manage QC of external seismic projects.
• Support 24/7 operation with troubleshooting.
• Manage high-level support resources and evaluate XML technology.
• Manage multiple projects through impact analysis and SDLC delivery.
• Oversee contractors creating and maintaining SharePoint applications.
