Role Summary

DTVC is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the development and delivery of hardware, software, and integrated product and service offerings.

This role serves as the execution owner across complex, cross-functional initiatives, coordinating product development activities across engineering, product, operations, and partners. TPM ensures initiatives move from concept through delivery with technical rigor, execution discipline, and alignment to DTVC’s strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Functional Communication & Coordination
  • Translate product and service objectives into clear, technically grounded execution plans.
  • Facilitate technical reviews, delivery checkpoints, and decision forums.
  • Identify and resolve dependencies, integration risks, and execution conflicts.
2. End-to-End Product & Service Delivery
  • Develop and manage end-to-end plans for HW, SW, and hybrid product development initiatives.
  • Drive day-to-day execution, task coordination, and progress tracking.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, integration readiness, and delivery quality.
  • Manage risks across hardware lead times, software dependencies, and system integration.
3. Supporting Product & Technical Decisions
  • Partner with product and technical leads to support decisions with execution, dependency, and risk insights.
  • Ensure alignment with DTVC’s strategic initiatives.
  • Help evaluate scope, sequencing, and trade-offs across HW and SW components.
  • Ensure decisions are documented and communicated clearly.
4. Innovation & Applied Technology Enablement
  • Support innovative products and services, including early-stage concepts, pilots, and scaled offerings.
  • Work closely with technical teams on prototyping, validation, and iteration cycles.
  • Help transition initiatives from experimentation to reliable delivery.
  • Balance innovation speed with delivery discipline.
5. Stakeholder & Partner Management
  • Build strong working relationships across multi-disciplinary internal teams.
  • Coordinate execution with external partners, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Align partner deliverables with internal timelines and integration needs.
  • Ensure accountability and clarity across all contributors.
6. Delivery Transparency & Quality Assurance
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Ensure appropriate quality checks, validation, and readiness reviews are completed.
  • Continuously improve delivery practices without unnecessary process overhead.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management.
  • Strong technical background (engineering, computer science, systems, or related).
  • Hands‑on experience delivering hardware, software, or integrated systems.
  • Experience in innovation‑driven or applied technology environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
