We are looking for a seasoned Technical Manager – Joinery / Woodwork Factory to oversee technical coordination, production accuracy, and quality across all factory operations. This is a senior technical leadership role suited for professionals with deep expertise in joinery engineering, production workflows, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, review, and approve shop drawings, cutting lists, and material schedules.
• Ensure all technical deliverables comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support factory production by resolving technical challenges and ensuring correct fabrication methods.
• Oversee quality control across all stages: cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing.
• Manage material selection and optimize production processes to minimize waste.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the technical team, including draftsmen, engineers, and CNC programmers.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in joinery or woodwork manufacturing, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of woodwork fabrication techniques, materials, and finishing systems.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and woodworking software; CNC programming knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Nationality requirement: Lebanese or Syrian.
