Base Pay Range

Job Title: Technical Manager – Woodwork / Joinery Factory
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: SAR 15,000 – 20,000 per month
Industry: Woodwork / Joinery / Interior Fit-Out
Preferred Nationalities: Lebanese, Syrian only

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Woodwork / Joinery to lead and manage all technical, engineering, and production coordination activities within a high-quality joinery manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate technical documentation, seamless coordination between departments, efficient factory production, and superior finished products delivered to project standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in joinery fabrication, technical drawings, production workflows, and team leadership within a factory setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, review, and approve shop drawings, cutting lists, and material schedules for joinery and woodwork projects
• Ensure all technical drawings and outputs comply with project specifications, client requirements, and quality standards
• Coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
• Provide technical support to factory production teams by resolving fabrication and installation challenges
• Oversee quality control across all stages: cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing
• Optimize material usage and production methods to minimize waste and improve efficiency
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the technical office team, including draftsmen, engineers, and CNC programmers
• Support continuous improvement in technical processes, workflows, and factory standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in woodwork/joinery, including managerial or lead technical roles
• Strong understanding of joinery fabrication methods, materials, finishes, and factory processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant woodworking or production software
• CNC programming or machine knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is essential

• Reports to: Factory Manager / Operations Director
• Supervises: Technical Office Team
