Job Title: Technical & Commercial Enablement Manager – Payments

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
We are seeking an experienced Technical and Commercial Enablement Manager, to drive the successful launch, adoption, and revenue growth of advanced digital payments and funds movement solutions. This role will lead technical enablement alongside sales acceleration, ensuring products are market-ready, commercially compelling, and fully operational.
The role requires strong expertise in payment products, API-based integrations, and cross‑functional delivery, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value propositions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support, as inutile external partners, to align delivery with go‑to‑market objectives.
This position is ideal for a commercially minded payments professional who can own end‑to‑end enablement, accelerate client adoption, and support sustainable revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery and enablement of account‑based and real‑time payment solutions, spanning business requirements, technical integration, risk governance, and commercial launch.
- Own program and project management across multiple concurrent workstreams, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics, while ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Drive cross‑functional stakeholder alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Fraud, AML, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support, acting as the central point of עס coordination.
- Prepare and manage key business and governance documentation, including business requirements, due diligence papers, risk assessments and program submissions, ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance.
- Lead technical enablement activities, partnering with internal IT teams, vendors, and external solution architects to deliver API‑based integrations, validate solution designs, and oversee testing and go‑live readiness.
- Define and maintain the technical/owl delivery roadmap, including prerequisites, testing strategies, implementation timelines, and production launch criteria.
- Ensure operational readiness by documenting customer journeys, operational processes, and support models aligned to platform and network standards.
- Lead go‑to‑market planning and commercial launch, ensuring alignment between technical readiness and sales, marketing, operations, and customer support execution.
- Develop and deliver sales and frontline enablement materials, supporting internal teams with clear value propositions, FAQs, and operational playbooks.
- Manage post‑launch performance monitoring στοι leveraging transaction dashboards and KPIs to track adoption, approval rates, and service stability.
- Measure and report commercial outcomes, including campaign ROI, usage growth, and customer engagement, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in payments, card schemes, fintech, or banking.
- Hands‑on experience executing technical implementations for card or non‑card programs, ideally in the GCC region, from inception to launch.
- Strong project management skills, particularly for technical product implementation.
- Familiarity with real‑time payments, remittance solutions, and API‑based integrations.
- Experience in designing and executing marketing, sales enablement, or go‑to‑market campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, analytic, and documentation skills.

Mandatory Skills
- 8-10 years experience within Banking, Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, define scope, track milestones, manage risks, and deliver high‑quality outcomes on time.
- Strong understanding of account‑based and real‑time payment solutions, API integrations, technical enablement, and solution validation.
- Ability to coordinate and align multiple internal and external stakeholders across Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Capability to lead commercial launches, sales enablement, campaign planning, and monitor adoption to drive revenue growth and market penetration متعلق.
