Responsibilities

  • Complete shift management for the assigned shifts.
  • Ensure timely putaway and pickup of stock transfers.
  • Respond to transfers pre-alerts from the source warehouse.
  • Ensure minimal delivery breaches and timely handover to drivers.
  • Provide timely customer complaint resolution.
  • Manage health and safety of staff present in the shift.
  • Submit end-of-shift reports and ensure cash collection closure.
  • Train core colleagues and DAs on relevant processes.

RolesandResponsibilities-Teamleader
  • Completes shift management for the assigned shifts
  • Roster Management and its adherence
  • Ensuring timely putaway and pickup of stock transfers
  • Adherence to all warehouse SOPs in case of excess/shortage or damages received in transfers
  • Timely response on transfers pre‑alerts from source warehouse
  • Ensuring minimal delivery breaches and timely handover of orders to drivers
  • Ensure timely customer complaint resolution
  • Beresponsible for the health and safety of the staff present in the shift
  • Must have the ability to handle any crisis via escalation management
  • Submit timely end‑of‑shift reports and ensure 100% cash collection closure
  • Training of core colleagues and DAs on the relevant processes
  • Customer initiated returns – ensure CIRC's are picked up and processed as per policy
  • Send shift end report for all the activities done
  • Follow up with relevant 3rd party vendors directly for any concerns or absenteeism
