ACOUSTIEG is looking for a Team Lead – Execution to lead and oversee on-site execution activities for Fit-Out and project-based works. This is a field-driven role requiring strong hands-on experience in managing site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered according to approved specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Fit-Out / Interior / Execution / Construction Projects.

• Strong hands-on, on-site execution background.

• Solid knowledge of Architectural, MEP, and Finishes works.

• Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.

• Strong skills in reading and interpreting construction and shop drawings.

• Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills under site pressure.

• High level of discipline, responsibility, and leadership.

• English language proficiency is preferred.
