Rea & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax engagements in our Medina or Independence, OH offices and to mentor a growing tax team. The role focuses on advising clients on tax planning, tax compliance, and obtaining optimal tax outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of tax experience, a CPA, and demonstrated supervisory abilities, with strong communication and leadership skills. Occasional travel up to 25% is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of prior experience in taxation.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Experience with federal tax compliance, taxation analysis and tax research.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on tax implications of business objectives and tax planning.
• Lead and manage tax engagements and engagement teams.
• Develop and implement efficient tax planning strategies to minimize tax burden.
• Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Maintain knowledge of tax law changes and industry trends.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
