Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a skilled field supervisor to monitor subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on the Ar Rjum Project in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate and instruct subcontractor management staff to ensure work aligns with schedules and safety requirements on a multi-stakeholder, greenfield mining operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading tank construction and erection activities.
• Experience with API standards and weld procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor subcontractor activities and coordinate with management staff.
• Plan and monitor schedules, resources, and materials.
• Ensure tank construction aligns with drawings, specs and API standards.
• Coordinate NDE/NDT, hydrostatic testing, and commissioning activities.
