شركة رائدة في الأثاث المنزلي تبحث عن متخصص في إدارة المواهب الإقليمية في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. المسؤولية تشمل قيادة برامج التدريب والتطوير وتحليل احتياجات التدريب لضمان تحسين الأداء. يجب أن يكون لديك درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد البشرية مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الدور نفسه. المهارات المطلوبة تشمل تحليل البيانات والتواصل الفعال باللغة الإنجليزية.

Qualifications

  • 5 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو دور مماثل.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • يفضل الحصول على CIPD المستوى 3 أو SHRM-CP.

Responsibilities

Purpose

Regional Talent Management Specialist is responsible to lead all ( training & development/ performance management & engagement programs in stores and ensure all development of the IKEA training plan and individual development plans are implemented to secure business competency of the region.

Accountabilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
  • Oversee the region's learning and development initiatives, including induction, performance management, and individual development planning (IDP) cycles.
  • Design and execute effective training programs and workshops across various functional areas.
  • Facilitate career development planning, providing guidance and mentorship to employees.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems to track employee performance and identify development opportunities.
  • Secure effective facilitators pool / updated training material to deliver the training calendar in all business units of the region.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on key talent metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize talent management strategies and initiatives
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage the internal communication and updates related to different people initiatives/projects across the business units of the region.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Regional people manager to address employee concerns and enhance overall employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and IKEA policies related to talent management / Saudi government regulations.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent management strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications and Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • CIPD level 3 or SHRM-CP’ preferred ‘
  • English fluency and communication skills
