Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to support recruitment across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source top talent, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience for engineering, infrastructure, and real estate projects.

The role requires strong delivery skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple functions and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for large-scale projects or engineering consultancy.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across technical, engineering, project management, commercial, and corporate support functions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment recommendations.
• Conduct reference checks where required.
• Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
