The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle for designated business units. The role involves strategic planning, sourcing, and assessment to fulfill manpower needs, while ensuring high satisfaction levels among stakeholders and candidates. Success in this role is measured by adherence to SLAs, effectiveness in sourcing, and quality of hire metrics. The role does not require direct reports or financial management but demands strong collaboration with internal teams and external candidates.
