Job summary

J-B is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join its Human Resources team in Riyadh through the COOP & Tamheer Programs.

You will support recruitment, coordinate interviews, assist onboarding, ensure onboarding requirements and workplace preparations are completed, maintain records, assist with job postings and recruitment reports. This role offers exposure to core HR activities and a path to a professional HR career in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelora7s degree in HR, BA, or related field.
• Fresh graduate and eligible for Tamheer Program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist onboarding activities and new joiner preparations.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements and workplace preparations.
• Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding records.
• Assist with job postings and candidate communication.
• Support recruitment reports and HR tasks.
