Job summary

Worley is seeking a competent recruiter in the Eastern Province, Al Khobar, to drive end-to-end recruitment across engineering and energy domains. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, source and screen talent, and manage pipelines from sourcing to offers.

You will build strong relationships, ensure a positive candidate experience, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within engineering, construction, energy, or oil and gas.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate assessment skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR systems/ATS.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across various disciplines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, approvals, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
• Conduct market mapping and talent sourcing activities to support current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth handover of selected candidates to the Mobilization and People teams.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
