Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety and Health Officer for a project in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will implement and maintain the approved Accident Prevention Plan and manage project activities per USACE EM 385-1-1.

You will develop Activity Hazard Analyses, supervise safety reporting, participate in QC, audits, and ensure documentation; coordinate third-party safety inspectors and daily safety reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with USACE EM 385-1-1 requirements and safety plan development.
• Proven ability to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Experience coordinating safety audits and inspections.
• Strong focus on construction safety and SH&E program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Accident Prevention Plan.
• Manage project activities per USACE EM 385-1-1.
• Develop Activity Hazard Analyses and provide guidance.
• Manage safety reporting and documentation accuracy.
• Participate in Quality Control as a safety-focused team member.
• Oversee Construction Traffic and Environmental Plans adherence.

• Prepare and submit Daily Project Safety Reports.
