Job summary

UCC Holding seeks a focused LEED Coordinator to drive sustainability and LEED certification activities across construction projects. Your role will coordinate with the project team and LEED AP to ensure requirements are met and credits achieved.

You will collect and review LEED documentation, manage submittals, and liaise with clients and engineers to address review comments and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, environmental science, or related field.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification preferred.
• Experience with LEED-certified construction projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LEED certification requirements with the project team.
• Monitor compliance with LEED prerequisites and targeted credits.
• Collect, review, and maintain LEED documentation and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate sustainable material submittals, waste management, and indoor environmental quality requirements.
• Liaise with the client, consultant, contractor, and LEED AP on sustainability matters.
• Track LEED progress and prepare status reports.
• Support LEED Online submissions and respond to review comments.
