Job summary

EY Saudi Arabia is seeking an AM/Manager for Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) in Riyadh to lead client engagements and shape strategic sustainability solutions across Energy and Industrials. You will manage multi-stream work, develop business opportunities, and coach a high-performing team, contributing to thought leadership and market growth in a fast-evolving region.

This full-time, on-site role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear path to leadership within EY's

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sustainability, climate, ESG or consulting experience.
• Experience across Energy and Industrials sectors.
• Proven ability to develop client deliverables and executive communications.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured problem-solving to define client issues and design value-focused solutions.
• Manage workstreams across multiple client engagements with timely delivery.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to senior-level discussions.
• Develop persuasive presentations, proposals and executive summaries.
• Identify and shape business development opportunities and go-to-market initiatives.
