Surveyor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a related field. They should have familiarity with surveying equipment and be well-versed in residential and commercial surveying techniques. A strong knowledge of geographical information systems (GIS) is also preferred.

The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out a range of surveying activities, including boundary surveys, topography surveys and construction layout surveys. They will also need to analyze survey results, prepare reports and provide technical advice to colleagues.

The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They must be highly organized and able to meet deadlines, as well as being able to assess risks and develop solutions when necessary. Furthermore, they must have a good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations regarding land surveying in Saudi Arabia.

We are willing to consider applicants from abroad; however, they must possess the necessary visas/permits required by law as well as fluency in English or Arabic.

This position offers an excellent salary of 1300 SAR per month with other benefits such as housing allowance, health insurance and paid vacation days.
