Job summary

A leading entertainment and theme park company in Riyadh is seeking an Associate - Supply Planning to assist in developing and executing supply plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient product flow. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, have 1-3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with fluency in both English and Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar position.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in preparing and maintaining accurate supply forecasts based on historical data and market analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights necessary for effective supply planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze demand patterns to identify potential supply issues.
• Assist in creating and managing purchase orders and manage supplier relationships.
• Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements in supply chain operations.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, supply chain performance, and forecast accuracy for management review.
• Assist in the implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Support any ad-hoc analysis or reporting as required by management.
