Supply Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to all nationalities, however, we have a preference for Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have their own visa.

As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain process and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels and monitoring supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with sales team to forecast demand
- Oversee the shipping process and coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery of products
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or delays
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or related field
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with inventory management systems is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
