Responsibilities

  • Lead demand planning, supply planning, inventory and logistics activities.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times and service levels.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Compare demand forecasts against financial commitments and ensure alignment with approved plans.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory department to manage SKU changes including SFDA regulations.
  • Analyze data to identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Support new product launches forecasting and distribution planning.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
  • Support order processing including new order communication and shipment requests.

Job description

Role Summary The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading demand planning supply planning inventory management and cross-functional coordination to ensure service continuity and alignment between supply demand and financial commitments This role supports the end-to-end planning process drives forecast accuracy manages inventory levels and partners with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of business plans and product launches

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a robust demand planning process to ensure a complete and accurate demand statement across a 28-month planning horizon
  • Manage demand planning, supply planning, inventory and logistics activities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times and service levels
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams
  • Compare demand forecasts against financial commitments and ensure alignment with approved plans
  • Coordinate with Regulatory department and other key stakeholders to manage SKU changes in line with applicable requirements including SFDA regulations
  • Analyze data to identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards
  • Support new product launches forecasting and distribution planning
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
  • Support order processing including new order communication, troubleshooting shipment requests, product grouping and order amendments resulting from supply review

Bachelor s degree in pharmacy science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field. MBA or higher education desired but not required. +5 years work experience in a similar environment is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
