Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager & Operations Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing quality control and inspection processes to ensure products meet international and client-specific standards. Responsibilities include managing quality operations, conducting inspections and testing, training team members, and developing quality management strategies to optimize efficiency and maintain compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Quality Control and Inspection to evaluate and ensure adherence to standards
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members in quality assurance practices
  • Strong Quality Management skills to design, implement, and oversee efficient quality systems
  • Proficiency in Testing to assess product compliance and functionality
  • Ability to lead with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and experience in the inspection industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

  • Strong managerial skills with a proven track record in team leadership and cross-department collaboration.
  • Proficient in English as a working language; additional language skills are a plus.
