You will set up machines, adjust settings, feed materials, inspect parts, troubleshoot minor faults, conduct checks, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma is required for the role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in plant operations or related environments.
• Basic knowledge of production machinery, mechanical systems and equipment.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and equipment to begin the production cycle.
• Operate, monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• Feed raw materials into machines and ensure continuous production.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Identify and resolve minor machine faults during shifts.
• Perform periodic testing and routine checks for efficiency.
• Record production output including both approved and defective units.
• Prepare machines for operation and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Monitor conveyors, boilers, cooling towers and other plant systems.
• Report maintenance requirements after routine inspections.
• Follow safety, quality standards and company policies at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
