Job summary

PTD-Power Transmission & Distribution - IC in Riyadh is seeking a Project Engineering Manager with 12+ years of experience to ensure engineering activities meet time, quality, and cost targets. You will coordinate multiple disciplines, optimize resources, and drive BIM-enabled substation projects across GIS/AIS designs up to 765 kV.

The role requires strong coordination skills, Arabic language proficiency, and the ability to engage with government and local companies to deliver on-time results.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (BE / BTech Hons).
• 12–16 years of relevant project engineering/management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex substation projects and liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Planning Manager to align deliveries with schedule.
• Lead regular project reviews and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Optimize resources and improve productivity across disciplines.
• Review designs and drawings for timely customer approvals.
• Clarify vendor issues and ensure timely material delivery to site.
• Multitask and deliver multiple project components on time.
• Coordinate with inter-discipline leads on design issues.
• Provide accurate BOM estimates for procurement.
• Support site execution with procurement and billing processes.
• Implement BIM in project execution and design workflows.
• Support vendor evaluation and post-tender clarifications.
• Lead and develop Design Leads, Engineers and Draughtsmen.
