Job summary

KBR in Saudi Arabia seeks a Subcontracts Administrator to qualify suppliers, issue RFPs, evaluate proposals and maintain subcontract files. You will oversee subcontracts from initiation to completion in line with company policies and legal requirements.

You will negotiate terms, monitor performance, ensure accurate records, and coordinate with finance, legal, project management to support seamless subcontract execution. A relevant bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum experience: Saudi Nationals 3 years; Expatriates 5 years in subcontract administration or contract management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office.

Coordination:

Work closely with various departments, including finance, projects control, legal and project management, to ensure seamless subcontract execution.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

For Saudi Nationals -Minimum 3 years’ experience in subcontract administration or contract management is required For Expatriates -Minimum 5 years’ experience in subcontract administration or contract management is required

Skills:

Well versed in Computer Microsoft Package, Negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
