KBR is looking for a Subcontractor Administrator to execute subcontracts, purchase goods, services, and supplies, including RFQ inquiries, bid tabulation, commercial evaluation, commercial negotiation (terms and conditions), and order placement.

Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities
  • Good understanding of requirements for issuing orders and contracts in the Middle East and familiarity with the contracting review process working with the legal department.
  • Administration of orders to monitor and manage contractor progress, ensuring timely execution of work. Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and other relevant departments to meet stakeholder requirements and specifications.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics (preferred) or SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a professional work environment with integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
