Job summary

A leading education provider in Dammam is looking for an individual to manage student documents, counsel students with behavioral issues, and coordinate educational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Arabic and English, and the ability to work in multicultural settings. Responsibilities include monitoring attendance, assisting with special events like graduations, and preparing reports. This is a one-year position with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Process student documents such as sick leave and police reports.
  • Monitor attendance and uniform compliance among students.
  • Counsel students facing attendance or behavioral issues.
  • Support students during disciplinary hearings.
  • Handle student inquiries about housing and transport.
  • Coordinate student activities and events.
  • Assist with special events like graduations.
  • Prepare reports on incidents and student absences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process student documents (sick leave, police reports, absences).
  • Monitor attendance, behavior, and uniform compliance.
  • Counsel students with attendance or behavioral issues.
  • Support students through disciplinary hearings and clearance procedures.
  • Handle student enquiries about housing, transport, and sponsoring company matters.
  • Coordinate student activities, events, and company visits.
  • Assist during special events like graduations and orientations.
  • Prepare reports on incidents and student absences.
