Job summary

Outdoor Factory MEA in Saudi Arabia seeks a Structural BIM Engineer to lead design, coordination, and execution of structural systems for themed environments and entertainment facilities, using BIM-based workflows.

The role requires 5–10 years in structural engineering, preferably in theme parks or complex buildings, with strong skills in XSteel, Navisworks, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, SAFE and SBC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering (master's preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in structural engineering; theme parks/entertainment venues/complex architectural structures preferred.
• Strong proficiency in XSteel, Navisworks, Revit (Optional).
• ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, SAFE or equivalent structural analysis software.
• Experience with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode).

Structural BIM Engineer will play a critical role in the design, coordination, and execution of structural systems for themed environments, attractions, and entertainment facilities. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams using BIM-based engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural design and analysis of primary or secondary steel structures.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings Prepare calculation reports.
• Review structural drawing and reports.
• Ensure all designs meet client standards, local regulations, and project specifications. Coordinate structural models with all discipline (Navisworks).

Qualifications & Experience
