Job summary

Work in USA is looking for a skilled Supply Manager to oversee the entire supply chain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory control to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods and services for operational needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, at least five years in a similar role, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the Egyptian market
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings through supplier negotiations
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in using supply chain management software
• Proven experience with visa sponsorship for non-Saudi employees is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Source suppliers and negotiate contracts for the purchase of goods and services
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to maintain adequate stock levels
• Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
• Analyze market trends and stay updated on industry developments in order to make informed purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in order to effectively manage supply chain activities
• Maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions and produce reports as needed
