Qualifications

Proficient in English communication (written and verbal)
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support company growth and profitability
Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues that may arise
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excess or obsolete stock
Work with other departments to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly
Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions that may impact sourcing decisions
Prepare reports on KPIs related to supply chain operations
