Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an organized and experienced Supply Manager for a full-time role in Jeddah. You will oversee procurement strategy, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficiency.

The role requires strong knowledge of supply chain practices, excellent communication in English, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Accommodation is included with the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee transportation from suppliers to warehouse or production facilities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and production to ensure timely delivery.
