Job summary

Everhires is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead our sales initiatives in Jeddah and drive revenue growth. You will report to the General Manager and shape market strategy, coordinate proposals, and lead sales operations.

You will build a robust client base, provide technical insights, and manage end-to-end bid processes. This role offers advancement potential and a strong commission structure for high performers.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Market and sell company products and services to target clients, proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Technical Advisory: Provide technical insights and guidance to senior management and the technical office regarding project-specific requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Build and maintain a structured database detailing market dynamics, key competitors, and prevailing pricing policies.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure top-tier service quality, address feedback, and expand commercial relationships.
• Proposal & Bidding Coordination: Partner with the technical office to generate, refine, and present accurate cost estimates and quotations.
• Financial Follow-Up: Monitor and manage the timely collection of project payments to safeguard business cash flow.
• Sales Team Leadership: Supervise, support, and direct the sales team to ensure alignment with company targets and performance milestones.
