athGADLANG is seeking a Saudi National Risk Advisory Consultant with Big 4 background to deliver risk advisory, internal audit, and governance services across diverse industries in Riyadh. The role focuses on strengthening internal controls and enterprise risk management in line with regulatory requirements.

You will conduct risk assessments, develop RCMs, perform control testing, support COSO/ISO 31000 frameworks, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of engagements.

Formación

• Saudi National (Mandatory)
• 3–6 years of experience in Risk Advisory / Internal Audit
• Prior Big 4 experience (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) is mandatory
• Certifications preferred (ACCA, SOCPA, CPA, CIA)
• Strong understanding of internal control and risk management frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Responsabilidades

• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain risk registers
• Develop and review Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs)
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness
• Define KRIs and monitoring frameworks
• Execute risk-based internal audit engagements end-to-end
• Perform process walkthroughs and document narratives/flowcharts
• Identify control deficiencies and recommend remediation actions
• Develop audit programs and perform substantive and control testing
• Prepare high-quality audit reports with clear observations
• Monitor and follow up on management action plans
• Assess compliance with COSO and ISO 31000
• Review and enhance policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Support governance reviews and maturity assessments
• Engage with process owners and senior stakeholders
• Present findings and recommendations to management
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables
