SASREF in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Cost Controller / Project Controls professional to lead cost estimation and monitoring across complex projects. You will manage budgets, analyze variances and support tender evaluations with a focus on value and risk management.

Key duties include tracking expenditures, preparing dashboards, reviewing subcontracts, and ensuring timely invoicing and reporting to the PMT. A strong engineering degree and PMI/AACE preferred, with 4+ years in similar roles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with focus on project management or cost control.
• PMI and AACE certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in project estimating and cost controlling.

Responsabilidades

• Control and monitor total project expenditure, verify invoices and claims from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Provide planning and cost controlling support across projects, including variation reporting and milestone monitoring.
• Review tenders and subcontractor quotations for service agreements.
• Use WBS and PM system to monitor purchases, invoicing and delivery to project closure.
• Coordinate with the project management team to resolve issues and ensure delivery.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and dashboards for management review.
