Formación

• Minimum 8 years of project controls experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• 2+ years GCC experience is a plus.
• Strong cost estimation and budgeting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement project controls strategies, policies, and procedures to monitor and manage performance.
• Establish baselines—schedules, budgets, and metrics—with project managers and stakeholders.
• Lead the project controls team with guidance and mentorship.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and indicators; analyze variances and risks.
• Collaborate with managers to implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
• Prepare regular project controls reports for senior management and stakeholders.
