Job summary

Raytheon Saudi Arabia invites a seasoned Principal Specialist Financial Analyst to drive program finance across the Kingdom’s portfolio. The role requires autonomous delivery, strategic business partnering with program and functional leaders, and ownership of EAC development, cost analysis and reporting.

The candidate will coach junior staff, influence finance policies, and ensure accurate forecasting and financial performance across active in-Kingdom projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field with minimum 5 years of experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in program financial analysis, EAC development, or cost controls in project/contract environments.
• Proficiency with indirect cost rate structures, cost pools, or forward pricing.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; SAP or ERP/financial systems experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer deliverables.
• Own monthly sales, profit, and cash forecasting across the program portfolio.
• Lead quarterly EAC development including cost, schedule, risk, and opportunity analysis.
• Perform variance analysis to budget baselines and communicate findings to leadership.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Support cost development and basis of estimate for new opportunities.
• Analyze indirect rates and monitor rate pools against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare forward pricing rate estimates and submissions.
