CEER is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration for professional services. You will gather requirements, prepare RFIs/RFPs, evaluate suppliers, and drive governance-compliant sourcing initiatives across the organization.

You'll coordinate with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure clear scope, fair evaluations, and timely award recommendations, while tracking progress and maintaining complete procurement

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Experience with RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, DOA controls, and governance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse market trends and supplier capabilities for sourcing decisions.
• Prepare RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and evaluation documentation.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and contract preparation with Legal and Finance.
• Track procurement progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate negotiations and commercial discussions with suppliers.
• Perform supplier performance reviews and assess compliance.
• Maintain procurement documentation and records for governance and audits.
• Follow DOA controls and governance requirements throughout procurement.
