Job summary

Digitus Group is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Saudi Arabia-based Supply Chain team. You will own end-to-end procurement, from sourcing to contract closure, across ICT, telecoms, and digital infrastructure projects.

You will lead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and POs while ensuring supplier performance and procurement reporting align with project goals and budget. Strong ERP experience and Arabic/English proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong RFQ/RFP, supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiation, Purchase Orders, and supplier management experience.
• Experience in ICT, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, data centers, MEP, engineering, EPC, or project-based organizations is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/e-procurement systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement from PR through sourcing, PO issuance, delivery, and closing.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, conduct commercial evaluations, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers, OEMs, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Track savings, supplier performance, lead times, and procurement KPIs; oversee warehouse and inventory activities.
• Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders.
