Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• 10–15 years of procurement experience in large-scale residential projects.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and supplier contract management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement strategies for residential projects.
• Oversee procurement planning, sourcing, contracts, and supplier relations.
• Forecast procurement needs with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce cost, risk, and increase value.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and sustainability/local-content policies.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor market trends and present reports to senior management.
