Job summary

Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is seeking a Portfolio Management Officer/Specialist to support KAAP project life cycle under PM/PMU guidance. You will coordinate progress, manage financials, and prepare reports with PMCs/contractors, ensuring compliance with IsDB policies in complex environments.

Role involves coordinating with PMUs/PMOs, enhancing knowledge sharing, and maintaining project records and risk controls to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Masters’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Development or related discipline.
• Professional certification or education in project management preferred.
• Languages: English mandatory; Arabic preferred; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or Project Manager(s) in implementing KAAP policies and procedures and ensuring efficient project execution.
• Monitor project financials and advise PMs accordingly.
• Maintain project financial documents for audit and reviews; manage information flows and risk logs.
