Mace seeks a seasoned PMO and Project Controls leader to drive performance across hubs, champion safety, and deliver projects to the highest standards. You will promote Mace’s expertise, build high-performing teams, and strengthen client partnerships while ensuring services exceed expectations and stay competitive.

You’ll lead planning, risk and commercial performance, mentor teams, and push for digital delivery with Power BI and robust controls frameworks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading PMO and Project Controls on mega construction projects.
• Proven deployment of PMO/Project Controls frameworks and integration.
• Expert knowledge of risk tools, techniques and software.

• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity and responsible delivery across every project.
• Deliver projects through planning, quality systems and stakeholder collaboration.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead teams to achieve KPIs and share best practice.
• Lead PMO and Project Controls performance across hubs.
• Ensure services align with ISO standards and Centre requirements.
• Provide guidance, mentoring and cross-hub support.
• Build client partnerships while driving digital delivery and net zero outcomes.
