Job summary

alfanar Electric seeks a Senior Business Planning Engineer to lead the annual business planning process for the assigned unit. You will coordinate across functions, develop budgets and dashboards, and ensure action follow-ups to drive informed decisions.

You will manage committees, track milestones, and deliver clear performance insights to senior leadership, while maintaining documentation and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of work experience.
• Strong ability to develop, monitor and report annual business plans.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting for performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual business planning activities across functions.
• Translate business goals into actionable initiatives with defined priorities, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize progress and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on actions to drive plan execution.
