Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager – People & Performance to drive people-related initiatives that boost organizational performance, engagement, resource mobility and workforce planning.

This role partners with HR Business Partners, centers of excellence and leadership to design performance management frameworks, development programs and culture-building initiatives aligned with Qiddiya’s ambition as a transformative entertainment and lifestyle destination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in people performance management, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience designing and implementing performance management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and evidence-based decision making.
• Ability to influence at all levels and translate analytics into insights.

Responsibilities

• Optimize workforce planning and allocation across E-BU projects.
• Deliver onboarding programs to help new joiners integrate quickly.
• Strengthen learning and development to build technical and leadership capabilities.
• Implement structured performance management with clear goals and feedback.
• Promote knowledge sharing to exchange best practices and drive team performance.
• Coordinate cross-unit collaboration and Adhoc initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance, difficult conversations, and talent development.
• Provide frontline support to project teams and advise on issues and escalation.
• Maintain Delivery Partner timesheets and people data; generate reports.
