The Director/Senior Director - Operational Planning & Performance will translate strategic priorities into coordinated operating plans and enable leaders to track progress and execute effectively.

The role focuses on enterprise planning cycles, governance, dashboards, and executive reporting, requiring 15+ years in planning or strategic execution and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience leading operational planning or strategic execution functions.
• Experience leading enterprise planning cycles and establishing performance frameworks across multiple business units.
• Strong experience aligning priorities across business units and senior functional leaders.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools, KPI and performance dashboards, and executive reporting in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in large-scale consultancy environments (McKinsey, BCG, Accenture).
• Familiarity with OKRs, balanced scorecards, strategic planning cycles, or PMO governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and periodic enterprise planning cycles.
• Develop and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs.
• Establish governance structures and planning methodologies.
• Align priorities with senior functional leaders across units.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting tools.
• Monitor progress against OKRs, scorecards, and initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide reviews and governance meetings.
• Ensure consistency and quality of performance data across the organization.
