JASARA PMC in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Logistics, Security & Interface Manager to oversee logistics, site security, and cross-disciplinary interfaces on major infrastructure projects. The role requires extensive hands-on site experience and strong leadership to coordinate contractors, consultants, and authorities.

You will develop comprehensive logistics plans, manage access and security procedures, and lead interface meetings to keep projects on schedule and compliant.

Competenze

• 15+ years of relevant senior experience in large-scale construction/infrastructure
• Hands-on site logistics, security operations, and interface coordination
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with senior stakeholders
• Experience with PMC/EPC/main contractor environments preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and risk management skills

Mansioni

• Develop and oversee site logistics plans for large projects.
• Manage site access, traffic, deliveries, storage, laydown, and equipment movements.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management consultants.
• Lead and maintain security strategies, access control, perimeter security, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, consultants, utilities, and authorities.
• Provide leadership and reporting on logistics, security, and interfaces.
