Job summary

Arrow Food Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an early-career Account Manager to support strategic retail, modern trade, and food-service accounts by coordinating customer requirements, tracking orders, and ensuring successful promotions.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinate quotations, deliveries, and documentation, and work with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to resolve issues and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are interested in sales and account management.
• Applicants must include their nationality and university degree in the CV; a bachelor's degree is required.
• Completion of cooperative training in the FMCG industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
• Good analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Workable English language skills and fluency in Arabic.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of account plans, product listings, promotional activities, and customer agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key account customers on day-to-day operational matters.
• Coordinate quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, returns, claims, and customer documentation.
• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, pricing, promotions, and product movement across customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, listings, and activity reports.
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, marketing, and quality teams to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence.
• Identify opportunities for new product listings, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Prepare account performance reports and sales analyses.
• Support customer relationship management activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
